Sunday Meal Prep

I’ve taken a few weeks off from meal prepping for a few different reasons. Either way, I found this video on my drafts from a few weeks ago. Here’s how I made deconstructed hamburger salads

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

  • Cherry Tomatos

  • Ground Beef or Turkey

  • Cheese!!!

  • Whatever else you may like to have on a burger

How to Make

  • This recipe is so easy that there really aren’t any directions… First scramble your ground turkey and beef with whatever seasonings you prefer.

  • While meat is cooking, chop up all your veggies.

  • Lay some lettuce in a container as your base

  • Add all other ingredients to the bowl
